I. Job Summary
Provides highly advanced financial analysis in support of enterprise forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate on identifying solutions for complex financial problems
- Lead process improvement efforts for cash flow forecasting accuracy
- Develop Free Cash Flow monthly actuals reporting, forecast, budget, and long-range financial outlook, with emphasis on trending and analytics; identify risks to achieve or opportunities to exceed expected results
- Help lead the development of consolidated P&L forecast
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of assumptions between various projected financial statements
- Assist in the development of the annual Financial Plan, focusing on financial requirements for implementation of strategic objectives and sensitivity testing of key financial metrics and growth targets
- Provide timely, insightful, and meaningful partnership and support across internal customer and stakeholder groups

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years previous experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
- None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Must be based in the Houston, TX area, no relocations.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
