Provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group. Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.
- Directs the efforts of assigned teams / supervisors.
- Monitors implementation projects across assigned areas / customers, ensuring appropriate team focus, timely project execution and adherence to agreed standards and performance requirements.
- Participates in customer visitations and meetings to ensure achievement of agreed upon performance measures and achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Interfaces with Sales, Service, Systems and Support associates to develop account strategies and action plans to contribute to overall success.
- Serves as a role model in terms of culture and enhances / maintains institutional knowledge.
- Accountable for achieving area implementation solutions goals.
- Proposes and executes enhancements to team processes and management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Implementation and Transformation and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
