Your role
This is an exciting, wide-ranging, and customer-facing service management role working a mature account and will allow the successful individual to grow in influence and directly impact the service and ongoing development to the customer. The successful Service Delivery Manager will join our existing team and report to and work alongside the account team on the Police Service of Northern Ireland and the existing team will provide support and guidance on an ongoing basis.
The role will involve contributing to incident, change and problem management processes. It will involve managing services to agreed SLAs and wider contract obligations whilst continually and proactively seeking to improve the services. The successful candidate will act as the interface between the customer and the wider Fujitsu delivery capability.
The overall financial management, control and stewardship of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of IT services, ensuring compliance with all governance, legal and regulatory requirements. The overall management and control of the operation of formal contracts between own organization and suppliers, for supply of products and services.
The role will require some support out of hours and the successful candidate will be expected to join the out of hours rota.
