Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven product manager to join our team and lead the development of our innovative and market leading products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and success metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver products that meet customer expectations and business requirements
• Define and write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, using agile methodologies and best practices
• Test and validate product features and functionality, and collect feedback from users and stakeholders
• Analyze product performance and user behavior data, and use insights to drive product improvements and enhancements
• Launch and market new products and features, and measure their impact on customer satisfaction and business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a product manager, technical sales engineer, or similar role in a technical industry
• Experience in managing projects involving multiple teams
• Knowledge of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences
• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building products that customers love

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field
• Experience in building products for oil and gas production companies
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, or data analysis

Experience in launching products in domestic and international markets
