Sales Operations Coordinator, Fixed Asset Advisory Services at Kroll

Job Descrption

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be essential in ensuring that Kroll’s sales team can be as effective and successful as possible. You will work cross-functionally with different teams (sales, marketing, and legal) to increase sales productivity at each step of the buying process and implement sales enablement strategies.

 

This position can be remote from anywhere in the US. 

 

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

  • Helping leadership make data driven decisions about product and go-to-market strategy
  • Increase sales productivity at each step of the buying process
  • Improve the quality of CRM and Monday.Com data (Salesforce is the main tool in our stack)
  • Implementing Sales Enablement strategies. 
  • Develop data, forecasting and sales analytics for the team and Executive;
  • Perform deep analysis on sales processes to discover and suggest continuous improvement opportunities while working closely with sales management and the growth team
  • Work with Sales team to improve sales operations so that they can focus on customer facing activities. 
  • Ownership of Salesforce from an accuracy, completeness and quality of data perspective from an existing and go-forward perspective;
  • Responsible for reviewing closing package to ensure all relevant documents and Salesforce data are included and accurate; 
  • Ownership of reporting on bookings metrics related to the Sales pipeline;
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales reps' productivity; 
  • Focus on leveraging data in order to make short and long-term decisions that will optimize performance. 

 

Essential traits: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.  

• Strong PC skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Candidates should also be detail oriented and possess an ability to work on multiple tasks independently while effectively interfacing with people at all corporate levels. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.

• Experience working with diverse teams.

The current salary range for this position is $41,600 to $83,200
