This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled ENT/Head and Neck physician who thrives in a solo practice setting.
The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage complex disorders in both adult and pediatric patients, with specialized expertise in:
- Sinusitis (medical and surgical treatment)
- Nasal surgery (cosmetic and functional)
- Nasal allergy
- Balloon sinuplasty
- Ear surgery (otology)
- Facial plastics (cosmetic and reconstructive)
- Head and neck cancer tumors
- Laryngology, swallowing, and voice disorders
- Pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions
- Salivary disorders (tumors and infections)
- Skin cancer reconstruction
- Sleep disorders, including sleep apnea
- Speech and hearing impairments
- BOTOX® cosmetic treatments
Schedule:
- Operating hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Physicians maintain a 4.5-day workweek schedule.
- Call is shared covering ENT and practice call (no trauma call).
- We perform procedures at Lexington Medical Center owned and operated by Wake Forest.

Physician Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school as a M.D./D.O.
- Successful completion of residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License as a current M.D./D.O.
- Board certification in primary care or related field from said residency.
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration, for prescription writing required
