The Residency Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of recruiting and retention activities for residents and medical students that apply to rotate as Sub I, and for 3rd year medical school clerkships. This role also coordinates retention activities for the residency staff of the Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program and is under the direction of the Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program. The specialist works closely with Floyd Professional Recruiting and Floyd Primary Care Network leadership to develop relationships and promote future potential career opportunities at Floyd for residents completing their residency program.

QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education
1. Bachelor’s degree required, with marketing, communications, business or human resources concentration preferred.
B. Experience and Skills
1. Knowledge of Graduate Medical Education Program with one year experience.
2. Recruiting experience, ideally with health care candidates
2. Experience with professional use of social media in recruiting, marketing
C. Licensure / Certification
1. Must maintain valid Georgia driver’s license.
