May fill in for other support staff when needed.
Office Support:
Assists in the designated area as directed by the office manager.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to work under stressful situations requiring high concentration and energy.
- Strong English grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Awareness of common safety hazards and universal precautions to maintain a safe work environment.
Work Environment:
- Comfortable, well-lit office environment.
- Moderate noise level.
Physical Requirements:
- Involvement in standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, finger and hand dexterity.
- Capable of talking, hearing, and seeing.
