The Inside Salesperson is responsible for selling MOTOR’s data services and related applications (SaaS & DaaS) into the Automotive and Heavy-Duty Truck industries. In this position, you will leverage phone, email and other resources to identify, qualify and close new customer accounts. A qualified candidate will possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. Must have a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives. Successful candidates who achieve their assigned goals will be considered for conversion to a full-time position with MOTOR.
On a typical day, you will make a minimum of 50 outbound telephone calls and log a minimum of two hours of talk time. You will be speaking to professional businesses in the Automotive/Truck Industry and be trained to understand their needs.
We are looking for strong sales closers who have a track record in meeting a monthly sales quota. We prefer candidates with automotive knowledge, but if you don’t have it, we will teach you.
You will be assigned an area with prospects to call on and demonstrate the service via Microsoft Teams. This is an hourly plus commission-based position with high earning potential.
MOTOR is the market leader and well known within our industry. Our Inside Sales team has met or exceeded quota in each of the last four years.
