As HR Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our HR team, providing a wide range of administrative support to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment to retirement.
Key responsibilities will include the coordination and collation of monthly payroll for both the UK and Ireland, administration of all employment related processes including onboarding paperwork, maintenance of all employee records and HR databases, providing support for our Employee Benefits platform and acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries.
This is a fast-paced role and we are seeking someone with exceptional organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Given the nature of the role confidentiality is a must as is the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Experience of payroll coordination is preferred, and it is important that the successful candidate is intermediate or advanced in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
