At Acushnet Europe Ltd, we're dedicated to delivering excellence in golf through our iconic brands, Titleist and FootJoy. As part of this journey of excellence we are seeking an eCommerce Business Operations Executive to support the digital customer experience for our Direct-to-Consumer channels on a full-time permanent basis.
As an integral part of the team, primary focus will be focussed on optimising order processes, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing the digital consumer experience. You'll collaborate day-to-day with colleagues in the Brand teams and closely with key functions such as Finance, Customer Service, and IT to guarantee a flawless order flow for customers. You will play a key role in supporting our consumer sales channels, namely our websites across Europe and branded Amazon stores.

You will have previous experience in coordinating projects (ecommerce or marketing favourable) and demonstrate knowledge of retail operations blended with the required technical skills. A strong communicator, you will feel comfortable working autonomously and enjoy working at fast pace. Golf industry and eCommerce experience is preferable, but an interest in these would also be helpful. Talent in end-to-end operational processes and familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Demandware, Salesforce, Adyen, or Amazon Vendor Central is desirable but not essential.
