The Impact you will have in this role:
The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations - Production Lead is a member of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) COE reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations, this individual will be responsible for DTCCs execution of global talent operations production. This role will partner with Talent Acquisition - Control and Governance Lead, other HR COEs, IT, Global Security and Hiring Managers for end-to-end support of DTCC's global hiring initiatives.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the core operations and infrastructure for the Talent Acquisition team and ensure we achieve hiring success by building and delivering enablement programs to support the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers across DTCC
- Lead and develop a team of 6 geographically diverse (global), successful operations professionals through mentorship and coaching
- Assist Operations Leader to quickly resolve production issues when they arise and address the root cause
- Lead all aspects of tracking and reporting for internal controls; report on team and individual performance through management testing, tool usage and operational breaks
- Manage reconciliation of preboarding activity and ensure background check completion for FTE candidates.
- Manage continuous team training including JIT schedules, job aids and reference materials
- Maintain and continuously optimize a scalable program for delivering operational excellence to our internal clients
- Lead project workstreams, collaborate with SMEs and program leads to ensure effective project management
- Investigate and inform on outstanding recruiting practice, you’ll own the discovery, selection, implementation, and administration of systems, tools, and resources while overseeing all external vendor performance
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
