A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service administrator to join WTW one of the leading insurance risk and consulting firms. Within this role you will build and maintain an excellent rapport with a portfolio of clients whilst also being able to further develop your customer service skills, policy administration and insurance knowledge. Day to day responsibilities include the administration of Medical insurance schemes, handling and resolving client queries and liaising with insurers and colleagues.
