Great opportunity to join us as a Business Change Test Manager responsible for defining the over-arching test strategies for large-scale, cross-functional programmes within WTW’s Outsourcing GB department. The role will work in partnership with the existing testing functions to bring together a cohesive testing approach that validates the full product and service solution.
The Business Change Test Manager will additionally have full accountability for defining and implementing the business and client acceptance testing strategies, key components of the over-arching test strategy. They will sit within the Business Change function and partner with the operational teams to manage the execution of these phases, providing governance and oversight on progress, key issues and dependencies.

The Role
- Document and agree Outsourcing GB’s cross-functional program specific testing strategies
- Scope and define the testing activities across the Business and Client Testing phases
- Management of entry and exit gates in and out of acceptance testing phases
- Define acceptance test plans, including key milestones and activities
- Identification and agreement of acceptance test capacity to support acceptance test execution
- Agree coverage of end-to-end test scenarios in partnership with SMEs and functional leads
- Management of business and user acceptance testing activities within the programme construct
- Owning resolution of critical issues identified during acceptance testing, in partnership with the programme manager and functional leads

The requirements
- Experience in pensions is highly beneficial
- Strong background in business testing strategy and execution of large integration projects within financial services
- Experience in building comprehensive frameworks and governance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A high attention to detail, able to navigate the complexities of our project and technical landscape.
- Experience in providing clear & concise reporting to senior stakeholders across both the Business and Technology organisation.
