Our specialty and mail order pharmacy program is growing and looking for experienced pharmacists to join our team. This position will serve as a generalist for a variety of specialty conditions. Daily responsibilities include clinical review of prescriptions, patient educations, conducting patient and provider outreach, and participating in specialty management program. Team members are office based, with the opportunity for partial remote work available. Schedule is Monday – Friday day shift, includes no weekend/evenings/holidays—we are based out of the IU Health Integrated Services Center located in Plainfield, IN.
• Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist.
• Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency may be required.
