As a corporate fitness associate at Gallup, you are a valued member of our team, our culture and the impact we make on the community. You will use your expertise and commitment to guide Gallup associates to their optimal physical wellbeing.
Ideal candidates are positive, energetic and caring individuals who can effectively promote and communicate wellness programs and physical wellbeing. You will work in our state-of-the-art fitness facility at the Omaha Riverfront campus.
We will depend on you to assist Gallup associates in their exercise routines, health goals, participation in community events, and training techniques. You will help implement customized wellness programs including nourishing meal plans and stretching and strengthening routines, conduct group fitness classes, and educate associates on important health issues. Also, you will be planning and coordinating company events such as blood drives, fun runs/walks, intramurals, and community-wide events that encourage individuals to commit to the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Health experts. You know the right answer to guide individuals on their exercise, nutrition and wellbeing. You can explain recent research, dispel myths and provide sound advice. Your clients are confident that you are committed to helping them succeed on their health journey.
What you need:
- A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, sports medicine, physical education, kinesiology or a related field required
- Certifications preferred in related areas such as a Personal Trainer Certification, Health Coach Certification or similar
- Availability to work full-time for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in Gallup’s fitness center with flexibility between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. required
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

At Gallup, we offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated hourly range of $24-$28 for this role. Hourly wages are based on a variety of factors including an individual's education, experience, skills and geographic location. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
