Proofreader for English, Arabic and French at Gallup

Job Descrption

As a proofreader at Gallup, you’ll make sure our writing is accurate and consistent and conveys a compelling message. You’re more than just a spell-checker — you’re a fact-checking, topic-researching, grammar-loving partner who helps us maintain our credibility on critical topics worldwide and ensures our content is ready for the public eye. From polishing presentations to checking all documents, reports and proposals for content, language, data and brand conformity, you will provide your linguistic expertise and help us create error-free, high-quality deliverables by maximising everything you touch.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities or linguistics or the equivalence in relative experience required
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Full fluency in English, Arabic and French required
  • Previous work experience as an editor, proofreader or in quality assurance preferred
  • Availability to work three days a week in Gallup’s London office required
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis required
