As a relationship manager at Gallup, you’ll be responsible for managing the client experience. Leading a variety of workplace-focused projects, you’ll be the liaison between clients and our internal business teams, perfectly balancing client centricity and expectations with the scope of the project.
You’ll ensure that the projects are executed successfully from inception to completion, coordinating timelines and various work streams. You will process information, manage timelines, and keep clients and internal teams up to date on project activities. We will count on your diligence to ensure records are accurate and complete, and we know that you won’t rest until even the smallest discrepancies have been resolved. Whether it’s working with internal teams or communicating with clients, our best in this role are able to build strong relationships that leave people with a positive impression of Gallup.
