What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include 

  • Provide administrative support including diary management, POs and expense claims  Manage complex diaries for both internal and external meetings/appointments/events. Support C&H Leadership Team meetings and away days – as well as wider department meetings, including drafting agendas, collating and distributing papers/presentations and following up on any actions to ensure completed within the agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain good working relationships with key internal colleagues and departments. Deal with enquiries from Internal and external stakeholders.
  • Always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Manage issues that surface, as appropriate, before they reach the Leadership Team members. Directly following up on emails and phone calls when appropriate and drafting replies for Director when necessary.
  • Support Director with preparation of reports and presentations if required. Effective delivery of tasks on time, demonstrating a clear understanding of the priorities and needs of each Leadership Team member and their wider departments.

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include 

  • Experience in a senior support role and excellent communication and influencing skills 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with all levels both inside and outside the company 
  • Proactive and positive approach. Ability to act at pace and with resilience when under pressure
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle competing priorities, time-sensitive projects and potential conflicts, demonstrating sound judgement. Foresight to identify and address potential issues at the earliest stage of their development 
  • Ability to plan work efficiently to ensure own deadlines are fully achieved
