What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Lead the Digital Wallet strategy, working across M&S to find opportunities to utilise our payment acceptance technology to drive our primary metrics - customer engagement, customer sentiment, value for the business and operational effectiveness
- Give focus to customer sentiment and gain a rich understanding of our existing and prospective base through research and insight
- Ensure commercial viability of the proposition
- Work with the wider payment team and product teams to ensure close integration between the stored value proposition and Digital Wallet
- Work with technology and product colleagues to understand the feasibility of new features and the effort involved in delivery and create a compelling, frictionless customer experience
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- An understanding of payment acceptance for retailers including container wallets, tokenisation and 3DS
- Digital wallet experience, ideally in the open loop stored value space
- Networking and strong relationship management skills with an ability to influence and negotiate
- Experience developing and launching new business propositions in a digital environment
- Strong commercial and operational competence backed up by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
