JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the Marketing Data Activation & Personalization (MDAP) team, the Sr. Program Specialist will report to the VP of Integrated Experiences and perform administrative tasks, project-oriented functions & financial tracking in order to achieve department objectives. The role will support several Vice Presidents and bring together messaging to communicate MDAP progress throughout the year to relevant teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 2+ years of relevant professional experience OR
4+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and other software for simple editing
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively against timelines
Demonstrated ability to think independently and create solutions

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Communications
Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively convey project updates, milestones, and team progress to internal stakeholders. Align communication efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Craft engaging and informative written and visual content such as newsletters, presentations, and reports to convey complex project information in a digestible format. Tailor content to different teams and audience segments.
Develops databases and/or spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations and maintain teams’ site to easily find and coordinate MDAP communications.
Works across team to collect and track down relevant updates for communications.
Organizational and Administrative support
Processes invoices, maintaining tracking of processing status and payments.
Coordinate, schedule, and prepare for team, group, and other general meetings, including scheduling conference rooms, preparing agenda items, prior distribution of materials, coordinating visitors access, room set up, audio visual equipment set up, conference line initiation, and food and beverage arrangements.
Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics including transportation, reservations, and lodging arrangements. Handle expense reimbursements.
Supports with creation and management of presentation and meeting decks.
Supports teams access to critical systems.
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
Coordinates and implements work and projects as assigned.
Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Manages stakeholder requests.
Manages project workflows and stakeholder relationships.
Additional Responsibilities
Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, MS Teams or in person in a timely manner.
Attends and participates in all relevant meetings.
Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, organized manner.
Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.
Maintains positive working relations with internal customers and department managers.
Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager.
