About the role
As the Concierge for W Dubai The Palm, you will be meeting and greeting our guests. You will be responsible for confirming reservations, advise guests on all aspects of their stay and assist them with their queries and needs. Such as recommending attracting, places of interest and coordinating with the wider Welcome team.
For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
About you
- Previous experience as Concierge
- UAE experience
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to details
- Experience in managing reservations
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
