What you’ll do
- Smile and create a warm and positive atmosphere while on duty.
- Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers when needed/liaise with Front Office.
- Manages all period-end inventories.
- Helps direct supervisors to achieve their own development goals.
- Directs, monitors and assist all overnight staff.
- Audit and verify all deposits for amount and proper procedural processing. Prepare a daily discrepancy report including cash discrepancies as well as procedure violations.
