The Role
As a maintenance HVAC Technician in our expanding team, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive commercial maintenance for our Government and Private sector clients.
This role is based across Parramatta Region / Sydney, NSW.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
- Maintenance work on cooling units.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Inspect and maintain refrigerators and chilled water supply systems as required.
- Inspect and maintain the BMS.
Skills & Experience
- Junior or Senior Technicians welcome
- Trade Qualification (HVAC)
- Experience in Commerical Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (desired)
- ARCTick Licence
- White Card
