Job Descrption
- Responsible for maintaining the database system for owned, leased and concession (hotel, airport and other concession) properties in Europe.
- Abstract lease and concession documents (leases, amendments, subleases, concession agreements
- Review invoices, statements and payment adjustments
- Manage Hertz'landlord payment relationship
- Resolving rent and other payment landlord enant issues
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree (Associates is acceptable with prior work experience)
Must have a working knowledge with MS Word. Specifically, with Excel, Word - Data Entry skills
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes
- Paralegal experience
Salary range starts at $60,000/yr
