Service Business Manager – Workforce & Monitoring 37 Hours per week Permanent Post County Hall, Norwich Grade I (£34,834 - £36,648) We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking manager to join our Business Support Team in Adults Social Services. This role will be responsible for delivering an effective Business Support service; ensuring it is customer focused, high performing, efficient, flexible, responsive and adaptable. The post-holder will collaborate with a range of colleagues from across the Council, and within the department, to ensure the specialist areas are delivered and prepared for the continued improvement of business support processes and development and implementation of long-term efficiency savings. It will also support Senior Management in our front-line service of the monitoring and analysing of Purchase of Care and Staffing budgets, manage the centralised end to end recruitment process of operational staff and will coordinate and support a range of core business activities including establishment monitoring, finance, supervision, premises, business continuity, data protection and health and safety.
