Fixed Term Contract until 01 May 2025 | £32,076 to £33,945 per annum (Scale H) | 37 hours per week | Norwich
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual who can deliver engaging and interactive group training sessions and ongoing support to our staff in Adults Services (and partner agencies) using the Liquidlogic Adults System and ContrOCC.
You will be a team player with the ability to work creatively, collaboratively and effectively with other agencies and across professional boundaries. You must be highly organised as you will need to produce high quality lesson plans and user guides, making complex systems accessible and engaging. We’re looking for someone who puts accessibility at the heart of what they do, ensuring all sessions and materials are well designed and accessible to all.
You will have a commitment to delivering high quality services for the people of Norfolk, and a willingness to learn about new areas of the business. The role involves delivering training remotely via TEAMS and supporting our users in workplaces across multiple sites, so having a driving license and use of a vehicle is essential.
You will be highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work, and the determination to implement and drive through change. You will be working alongside systems development and implementation staff and will be expected to keep training plans up to date with new developments or projects on an ongoing basis. You’ll need a keen eye for detail as you will be involved in testing Liquidlogic and ContrOCC as part of our upgrade cycle.
We will develop you and provide you with a full induction to the role and provide opportunities for your ongoing professional growth.
If you are interested in this opportunity, we would like to hear from you. If you would like to discuss the role, please contact Claire Holden on 01603 306072 or email claire.holden@norfolk.gov.uk
We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people. Flexibility is built into the way we work, with hybrid working a key feature for many roles. Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
