Working Well Norfolk (WWN) helps residents living with long-term health conditions to start work and to stay in work. This includes mental health challenges or physical impairments.
It is funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. The Employment and Skills Service at Norfolk County Council manage the programme and it is delivered by Seetec Pluss and their sub-contractor Standguide Group.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Officer. The role will involve working collaboratively with our delivery partners to engage and develop effective relationships with Primary Care providers to increase the level of participant referrals; promote the benefits of WWN to employers to increase employment opportunities and in-work support availability to participants; assist with preparations for an external quality improvement review; and provide administrative support for the project.
Interviews for this role will be held on 9 May 2024.
If you have experience of working on employability/skills initiatives in a project-based environment, and have a flair for building and maintain relationships with partners and employers, we’d love to hear from you.
