Permanent contract | Salary starting at £12.59 to £13.46 per hour (£19,697 to £21,064 per annum for 30 hours per week) | A range of part time opportunities from 22.5 to 30 hours per week are available

Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference.  We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

We have vacancies in our Double Assist Team and working individually (as part of a team of 12) across North Norfolk, giving people the support they need ranging from helping with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal and drink preparation to ensuring their medication has been taken.

Our Double Assist Team covers North Walsham, Mundesley and Cromer.  Our single rotas cover those areas too as well as Fakenham, Stalham, Ludham, Horning, Acle and Blofield.

Our current vacancies include:

  • Support Worker (Reablement) in Double Assist Team 28 to 28.5 hours per week (averaged over two weeks)
  • Support Worker (Reablement) 22.5 to 30 hours per week (averaged over two weeks)
  • Support Worker (Reablement) Swift Team working in pairs 25 hours per week (averaged over two weeks)

You need to be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people’s lives with the ability to easily commute to people’s homes in North Norfolk – but need not have previous care experience as full training will be given.  In return, we offer fixed rotas planned in advance enabling you to maintain a healthy work life balance, a range of employee benefits (including discounts on daily purchases) and:
