Are you keen to contribute to a sustainable future for people and place? We are looking to appoint a motivated and driven individual to support sustainable tourism around The Wash and Norfolk coast – a highly protected landscape.

In this exciting new role, you will work with visitors, residents, and businesses to unlock the potential of natural and cultural heritage around The Wash and Norfolk coast. You will be responsible for developing and delivering new tools and strategies that improve equity of access, whilst also supporting local economies, communities, and the environment. You will engage with key players in the conservation of the area, specifically contributing to the protection and enhancement of The Wash & North Norfolk Marine Protected Area (MPA) network and the Norfolk Coast National Landscape.

So, if you are passionate about driving sustainable change, possess the vision, skills and experience required, and wish to join a friendly team that strives to make a difference, then we would love to hear from you!

We offer flexible working patterns and locations, with the opportunity to be based at our offices in Norwich and Holt, as well as home working. We want to see our employees thrive – offering training and professional development, creating a positive work environment and a strong team ethic that focuses on delivering a high level of service.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £32,076 to £33,945 (dependent on experience), with a pension scheme and additional rewards and benefits. This role is a fixed-term, full-time position (37 hours per week), offered for two years.

The post-holder must hold a full driving licence and be confident and comfortable traveling to locations in both Norfolk and Lincolnshire, as required.
