Assurance Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Assurance (QA) Team as an Assurance Officer within the Independent Statutory Services, Assurance & Practice.
We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and professional individuals, who are passionate about quality and providing excellent services to children. We feel proud and privileged to be part of an established, ambitious and successful team which is endorsed by Ofsted and highly commended by the Local Government Association and our regional partners.
This position requires you to be able to undertake a range of QA activity, analyse information, intelligence and data at pace and be able to work forensically and tenaciously to ensure the services to children are delivered to an excellent standard.
You will be working alongside experienced colleagues within the QA Team and the wider service, you’ll have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to support the workforce, provide scrutiny and challenge, use your influence, and develop professionally.
You will need to have recent or current working knowledge of practice, social care & SEND legislation and a working knowledge of Ofsted & SEND Inspection Frameworks.
