The Capital University Dispatchers have the responsibility to provide twenty-four hour daily emergency telephone service to the campus community and maintain twenty-four hour daily radio dispatch service to patrol officers. Dispatchers shall be under the command of the Chief of Police, with immediate supervision provided by the Shift Sergeant.
