As the non-vehicle ecommerce Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of eCommerce product managers to drive the development and optimization of our online product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver best-in-class online shopping experiences. Experience with full funnel ecommerce product management is required.
Although this is a fully remote position, this team requests the Group Product Manager to be available for EST hours

What you'll do...
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and goals aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of eCommerce product managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive professional growth and excellence in execution.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive eCommerce product strategy and roadmap, leveraging market research, customer insights, and industry trends to drive innovation and growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, UX, engineering, and other stakeholders to align on priorities, gain buy-in, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, working closely with UX and engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging online shopping experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization, enhancement, and innovation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage budget allocation and resource planning for eCommerce product initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and product management, and share insights and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, with a track record of providing excellent leadership and results.
- 3+ years of experience within the full funnel of the ecommerce process which may include shop/discovery/buy/browse etc
- 1+ years of experience leading other Product Managers/Leaders.

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- Deep understanding of eCommerce technologies, market trends, and customer behavior
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
