Within the North American Applications Consulting Analytics and Business Intelligence team, we provide predictive analytics and strategic actionable insights using the Oracle Analytics Cloud application. Our highly innovative and cross functional team is responsible for driving improved sales and profitability within Oracle Consulting, while encouraging an environment of continuous learning and using the latest Oracle technology.
As an Analytics & Business Intelligence Senior Manager, you will lead a team of business intelligence analysts who are responsible for providing key analysis and concrete business intelligence on North American Applications Consulting critical metrics.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Deliver predictive analytics with actionable insights to business partners enabling timely strategic decision making and KPI improvement.
- Craft and develop analytics dashboards and other standard end user reports to showcase critical metrics and data trends that highlight opportunities and risks to the business. This includes end user needs analysis, requirements definition, report and dashboard configuration and roll out.
- Participate on a multi-functional team to reconcile multiple data sources and design a comprehensive data warehouse repository that include sales, operations, and customer program information.
- Effectively lead strategic projects to optimize analytics and report automation.
- Define and maintain structure, process and cadence to scalably deliver metrics and reporting to key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Lead all aspects of team’s production of standard and ad hoc reports and ensure all reports and analytics have appropriate controls to ensure data quality.
- Partners with key team members in Sales Operations, Finance and Business Operations to achieve goals.
Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of total work experience
- 5+ years in a quantitative operations role (Operations, Finance or Analytics)
- Previous management, team lead or project management experience
- Advanced analytic skills - demonstrated ability to integrate and analyze disparate data sources to arrive at meaningful analysis and translate data into actionable insight to support decision-making
- Solid Project Management skills – ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in fast paced environment
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Deep familiarity with common BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Data Visualization, etc.)
- Proficiency with SQL is a plus
- BS/BA in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics) preferred
- MBA or other graduate degree preferred

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
