As a Business Proposal Manager within Oracle’s Energy and Water Organization, you will be a member of an expert team responsible for delivering complete, compelling, and compliant proposals to our utility clients. As a team member and contributor, you can expect to manage the processes and systems associated with the planning, development, and production of written responses to formal, competitive solicitations from Oracle clients and prospects.

Your background
• 3+ years of proposal management and project management experience managing multiple complex bids
• You have demonstrated your ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint
• Shipley or APMP training is a plus but not required
• Skilled at collaborating with and interviewing executives, sales representatives, and others to secure information for various Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Participated in lessons learned activities to contribute recommendations for process improvement
