Responsibilities Drive headcount management, hiring and recruiting process across storage organization Help define and deliver critical programs with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key stakeholders. Drive capacity management and improvement process across storage services Take large, complex projects, break them down into manageable pieces, build detailed project schedules, then drive the delivery in a successful and timely manner. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Identify process gaps, improve current processes, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; CSM and PMP are a plus 8+ years managing large scale technical software programs. Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities. Understanding of SDLC and modern application development A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment. Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
