We are looking for a talented individual to join an international sales team as a Sales Executive. Based in the UK you will grow accounts across the Hospitality sector. You’ll be responsible for understanding our customers’ development plans and growth targets – working alongside them to overlay the key value Oracle can add through our industry-leading solutions and people.

 

What you will do:

  • Championing Innovation: Lead the charge in introducing groundbreaking technology solutions to restaurants, empowering them to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Diverse Clientele: Engage with a variety of establishments, including table service restaurants, quick-service joints, bars, coffee shops, dark kitchens, and drive-thrus.
  • Comprehensive Solutions: Showcase our suite of offerings, including Simphony, Oracle Payments, Crowdtwist (Loyalty), Kitchen Display Systems, Inventory Management, Online Ordering, and a robust Hardware Portfolio.
  • Account Management: Build relationships with C-Level executives in the Food & Beverage industry, maximizing ongoing value for the customer while also driving revenue growth and profitability for the business. 
  • Consultative Selling: Master the art of selling complete solutions, encompassing cloud services, hardware, and consulting, to high-profile C-level executives.
  • Strategic Networking: Leverage your extensive network and adept prospecting skills to drive successful campaigns and complete the sales cycle.
  • Closer Extraordinaire: With your exceptional closing skills, you'll drive and cultivate existing customer relationships to maximize revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Navigate the complexities of Oracle's internal organisation with finesse, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Interpersonal Mastery: As a Hospitality Sales Superstar, you'll possess formidable interpersonal skills, adeptly bringing together diverse groups and effectively communicating with C-level clientele.

What you will bring:

  • The ability to open doors and build strong sales pipelines.
  • Proven track record in Direct Sales and Account Management
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to orchestrate the sales cycle bringing in specialists when needed.
  • Proven ability to sell complex Business Software Applications.
  • A background in selling technology software products (SaaS) and related consulting services and hardware experience is essential.
  • Ideally, you’ll have a background in the Food & Beverage Industry,providing SaaS based EPOS solutions and related services with significant exposure to technology solutions for one or more of the following sectors; Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Stadiums & Arenas, Retail.
  • 5 years Sales and Account Management experience with a successful Sales track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets.
  • The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with a demonstrable track record in building relationships with C-Level executives in the Food & Beverage industry. 
  • You’ll be a highly motivated independent individual who can adapt to fast-changing situations and lead by example.
  • You’re likely to work independently within defined policies and procedures, but can think differently and with ambition to resolve customer challenges with technology solutions. 
  • You’ll be a strong team player, pulling together different areas of our customers’ and Oracle’s organisations to focus on execution of joint goals.
  • Business Development: Proven business development experience, driving account engagement and sales negotiations.

Career Level - IC3

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
