As a member of the Infrastructure Capacity Management team, you will act as the central resource and driving force for capacity management product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

Who are we looking for?
In this role, you'll be responsible for conceiving, developing, and managing entire products and services in a highly scalable cloud infrastructure space. As a member of the Infrastructure Capacity Management team, you will analyze and integrate internal and external customer specifications, and suggest and explain product directions and specifications. You will write great product roadmaps, product planning materials, and presentations.
You will lead and coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to develop premier capacity management capabilities for OCI. You will be expected to assess appropriate trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market, and to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities.
You will possess a strong Product Management background, an ability to work backward from the customers and will have experience launching multiple products. You can thrive in an ambitious environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence, and analytical talent are critical to succeed in this position.

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
