What you will do

The Support Integration Architect will manage client relationships, system health and troubleshoot complex technical integration issues with a high degree of variability.

  • Take ownership for the tracking and implementation of standard methodology recommendations for assigned clients to enhance domain health, safety and usability of the Oracle Health products and services.
  • Provide direct and continuous support for the day-to-day operational management of Oracle Millennium applications.
  • Act as point of contact for, and often drive, cross-organizational integration support escalations, with internal and external collaborators.
  • Proactively identify and drive towards system optimisation, code enhancements/corrections and functionality advancements for clients.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call client support as needed.
  • Client-facing and travel up to 20%

Required Experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Computer or Software Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivery and/or support with Cerner Millennium products and services.
  • Fluent in English.
