The role:

You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram to begin with. You’ll work closely with our team to build the Flight Fund brand by delivering big creative ideas and impactful, industry first social media content.

Requirements

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement industry first organic and paid social media strategies that align with Flight Fund’s overall marketing goals
• Create and publish engaging, industry first organic content on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Monitor and engage with our social media channels - including comments, messages, and mentions - to build and nurture our community
• Analyse social media performance and play back regular reports to the wider team
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to improve our social media presence
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the Fund’s reach

Requirements:

• Experience as a social media manager or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and curate engaging copy and content across different social platforms
• Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics software
• Basic design skills, with the ability to produce assets for social media using tools like Canva, Figma, or equivalent
• Basic video editing skills, with the ability to edit content in-app across TikTok and Instagram
• Experience in creating social media campaigns and measuring their success 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in the venture capital and private equity space is considered a plus
