We're seeking a talented Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our social media strategy, engaging our community, and helping to tell the stories that matter most to our audience. You are an aspiring Social Media Executive, eager to dive into the world of digital content and community engagement. With a creative flair and a passion for social media, you're ready to support content creation, source engaging material, and help our brand stay ahead of trends. You're curious, analytical, and enthusiastic about contributing to a team that's shaping the future of podcasting through social media.

Key Skills

  • Content Creation Support: Assist in developing and curating engaging content across our social media platforms, supporting the broader content strategy set by the team.
  • Content Sourcing: Proactively source content, images, and stories that align with our brand's voice and audience's interests, ensuring a steady stream of compelling material.
  • Copywriting: Craft captivating copy for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  • Trend Identification: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, technologies, and practices, suggesting innovative ways to integrate these into our strategy.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on audience preferences, competitor activity, and social media metrics to inform content strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Creatively Minded: With a knack for storytelling, you bring fresh ideas and perspectives that enhance our social media presence.
  • Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to the details in every post, campaign, and piece of content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Proactive Learner: Eager to learn and adapt, you're always looking for ways to improve your skills and contribute to the team's success.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and communicative, you work well within a team, offering support and flexibility to meet shared goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Some form of experience in a social media, marketing, or content creation role, with a demonstrated passion for digital media (this can be a passion project!)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is preferred.

Location:

  • London - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centered around connection and community.
  • Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process

The Process:

  • Final Stage (Virtual / Face to Face)- Meet the leadership
