Reporting to the CEO the Senior People Partner, will be the driving force behind our people strategy, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and empowerment. Your mission? To be a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and champion of our most valuable asset – our people.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: 

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, performance management, career development, and succession planning, to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and retention efforts, including culture-building initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms, to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and leadership development, to ensure we have the capabilities and structures in place to support growth and innovation.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor and advocate in resolving employee relations issues.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends and opportunities, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business performance.
