This is a remote position that must be based on the West Coast - ideally in the greater San Francisco, CA area - as s/he will be expected to attend in person meetings & networking events in this region.
Tines is looking to hire a Channel Solutions Engineer to enable technical sellers at VAR and technology partners by building strong technical relationships and delivering enablement. In this role, you will accelerate adoption and mindshare for Tines with technical sellers (customer engineers, sales engineers, solutions architects, etc) by creating and delivering content and enablement as well as creating compelling use cases with Tines and the partners’ products and solutions. You will use your product and technical knowledge to show how Tines can work with existing technology stacks to perform simple or complex automation without the need for coding or lengthy integration work.
The Channel Solutions Engineer is a strategic pre-sales role that reports into the Solutions Engineering team, and supports the Partnerships team. This engineer will have a wide array of responsibilities focused on supporting our partner community. We strongly value our partners and work cross-functionally across the company to advocate for them. This role requires understanding of how partners do business, who they work with and how they measure success. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands both partner and end customer business pains and can show how a partner can leverage Tines to add value and solve problems.
