This position will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards, cash control accountabilities and cleanliness of all associated areas including activity center, arcade, guest events and all outdoor amenities. Perform quick service food attendant duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Assist or execute in resort activities and events. Prepare food and provide beverages to guests. Cash handling, POS and guest interaction
- Consistent cleaning of activity center, arcade, amenities including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, hosing off decks, pick up trash, sanitizing, window washing, scrubbing tiles, empty and re-bag trash bins
- Taking food orders, assist in preparation, checking out guest or employees while standing for long periods of time throughout the day
- Performs other tasks as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled
- Demonstrated experience interacting with children and families
- Prior cash handling experience preferred
- Food handling experience is REQUIRED and TABC certification is preferred but not required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be available to work morning and mid shift (between 9am - 9pm)
- Must have reliable transportation
QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks
- Ability to be self-directed
- Skill in attention to detail
- Effectively communicate in English for business and safety reasons
- Moderate decision-making is required under limited supervision
- Excellent customer service skills and cash handling experience
