- You are an ambitious quantity surveying graduate looking for a modern and energetic business that will empower you to develop your career in cost management
- You will have some experience in a construction consulting environment within the real estate sectors
- Passionate about sustainability within construction and wanting to work with like-minded people who are helping to action change
- You are a natural communicator and relish the chance to lead meetings and liaise directly with clients early on in your career
What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)
- Working in our central Birmingham office with a team of circa 40 mixed professionals (PM/QS/CDM)
- Our projects range from private residential towers, higher education to life sciences and sports & leisure developments
- Delivering schemes across the full project cycle including cost planning through to post-contract and construction stages, seeing projects through from start to finish
- You will be given responsibility early on in our business so be prepared to help support or manage multiple projects simultaneously in line with your ability
- We offer committed APC support to assist you in becoming MRICS where required
