Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Senior Technical Lead supporting AFLCMC WIN Sensors program within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

What you will be doing:
- Supervising, leading, and coaching Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance
- Ensuring technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner
- Organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects
- Ensuring quality products, including reports and services are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies
- Reviewing, validating, and approving staff timesheets and travel requests
- Collaborating with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues
- Coordinating and facilitating team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives
- Assisting in Apogee hiring, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, and retention initiatives
- Ensuring staff are qualified and cleared to meet customer performance requirements
- Coordinating contractor travel and other direct costs with the Government
- Monitoring one-time and periodic contractor training requirements and other compliance issues established in the task order and Apogee policy
What you will need:
- Security Clearance Required: Secret
- Possess one of the following education and experience combinations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
