Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Knowledge Manager supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) at Ft Meade, MD.

What you will be doing:
- Providing advisory and assistance support to the NEC Enterprise senior stakeholder meeting and decision forums (i.e., Systems Engineering and Authorities (SEA) Board Steering Committee (SC)).
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating inputs to meeting agendas, tracking, and maintaining status for action items, participating in briefings, and preparing/distributing/tracking meeting minutes, actions items and after-action reports.
- Providing executive level, administrative and business management support to the Chief(s), Systems Engineering and Integrations Division.
- Consolidating and editing of standard reports, such as Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).
- Supporting internal division workshops including content development, event coordination, and disseminating all electronic and printed communication.
- Performing calendar management, VIP in/out processing, and meeting set-up (to include reserving conference rooms), etc.
- Providing Knowledge Management support by updating and conducting routing maintenance to the NC3 Enterprise Center collaborative information sharing environment (i.e., GOTS provided Microsoft Intelink SharePoint site) for NC3 and National Leadership Capability Command (NLCC) community stakeholders across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments.
What you will need:
- Security Clearance Required: Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility
- One of the following education/experience combinations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Administrative Management, or educational equivalent with 2+ years' relevant experience (3 years’ preferred) providing administrative support, including conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical duties, OR
- 8+ years' relevant experience (in lieu of degree) providing administrative support, including conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical duties
- DoD experience (desired)
- Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
- This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The pay range for this position is $61,000 to $100,000 across the U.S. There is also a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
