Job Description
Within a rapidly growing group, in a sector of activity with an environmental mission that encourages talent, Energy Pool is recruiting a local, permanent contract for a Middle-East Senior Business Developer to ensure the development of the company.
In the framework of the delegated missions granted to him/her by the Executive Committee (ExCom), the Middle-East Senior Business Developer is responsible for:
Defining the medium and long-term strategy and roadmap for the development of the region and its countries, aligning them with the ambitions of Energy Pool,
Managing relationships with stakeholders in the territory,
Preparing and implementing the countries commercial development in the territory,
Business development & Product Commercialization, Business and Operations,
Managing teams within his/her scope.
He/She will act with the active support of the International Development team located in Savoie region (France).
Qualifications
The indispensable:
You come from an engineering or business school with a strong appetite for technical/complex and commercial subjects
You are familiar with the energy sector and/or industry
You have a significant financial culture
You have at least 15 years of experience in managing complex activities with Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility and team management
You are bilingual in English and Arabic, you have a professional level of French (C1).
And ideally:
• You have experience in the energy sector and the decarbonization of processes,
• You know the major energy players as well as the stakeholders (political, regulatory, etc.).
Mobility: Travels will be frequent.
