Responsibilities:Lead and manage DOD programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor and track program performance against key milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics, and take corrective action as needed to address issues and risks.Manage program finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure compliance with contract requirements and financial objectives.Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.Prepare and present program status reports, briefings, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures, including DOD acquisition regulations (DFARS, FAR).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing DOD programs and projects, preferably in a defense contracting environment.Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs, including large-scale, multi-year projects with budgets exceeding $XX million.Strong understanding of DOD acquisition processes and regulations (DFARS, FAR) and experience working with DOD clients and stakeholders.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.PMP certification required
