Data & Analytics:
Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and improve performance of partners.
Develop data-driven strategies and solutions from large, complex sets of data.
Own all dashboards for your KPI’s and build new tools to improve visibility on performance.
Stakeholder Management:
Cross department collaboration by providing data backed recommendations, which drive platform-wide priorities and goals.
Work alongside the local commercial and regional kitchens teams to drive growth of kitchens partners by optimizing operations and growth prospects via investments in ad products and tools.
Develop project scopes, timelines and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Operational Excellence:
Responsible for monthly / quarterly goals and targets of all kitchens portfolio within the region.
Develop and implement a comprehensive kitchen growth strategy across four markets. Focusing on three key levers – acquisition, onboarding, and partner growth – to drive expansion and market presence.
Analyze, deepdive and find solutions to any potential issue that deviates from goals.
Define, implement and monitor procedures together with local teams to improve performance.
Lead weekly / biweekly meetings with the Local and Regional Commercial teams to follow on progress of growing/declining brands.
Implement strategies to enhance revenue streams and create sustainable partnerships
Work closely with data analytics teams to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
Proactively address challenges related to kitchen growth, onboarding and acquisition
Conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions to overcome obstacles and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
4-5 years of experience in commercial, operations or management consulting.
Excel/Google sheets proficiency.
Strong working knowledge of analytics tools like SQL, Google sheets, Tableau, Looker etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with members and cross functional teams.
